Build trust, pride, and camaraderie and watch performance grow
What separates a Great Workplace from a merely good one? Not great pay and quirky perks. A Great Workplace is one where employees trust the people they work for, take pride in what they do, and are inspired to achieve superior performance.
What does the Assessment measure?
Based on many years of research and training conducted at the Great Place to Work® Institute—producers of the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® Annual List—The Great Workplace Leadership Assessment is designed to help a leader reflect on his or her behaviors in the context of the Great Place to Work® Model.
The Self-Assessment
Provides manager-participants with the opportunity to measure their own behavior in relation to building and sustaining and Great Place to Work® environment.
Items in the Assessment: 36 Time: 20 minutes Preview the Assessement Who is it for? While managers at all levels will find the content of this program useful in building trust in the workplace, this program is particularly useful to front-line managers who have daily interactions with employees. Additionally, human resource professionals will find the content useful in designing policies and practices that maximize trust-building in the organization.
"If you want to bring the Great Place To Work® values alive in your organization, this is how to do it."
