1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the "GELI Online Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is Pfeiffer, an Imprint of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 989 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico. Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor, and its related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: To enter, go to gelionline.com and register. If you register during the period from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") May 1, 2005 and 11:50 p.m. EST, November 1, 2005, (the "Promotion Period"), you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. One entry per person per Promotion Period. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Drawings: The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about November 7, 2005. The random drawing will be conducted from amongst all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules by Sponsor, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by mail, phone, or email. The potential winner must sign and return to Sponsor, within 10 days of the date of notice, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, prize is returned as undeliverable, or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award his/her prize to an alternate winner. Only three alternate winners will be selected after which the prize will remain unawarded.

6. Prize: One winner will receive 4 GB iPod mini. Approximate Retail Value is $199.00. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, its related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technology outage, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in the borough of Manhattan; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to such State's conflict of law rules.

12. Privacy Policy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy for Sponsor.

13. Winners List: Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Lisa Shannon, Pfeiffer, an Imprint of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 989 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Requests must be received by December 1, 2005.
