The Collaborative Work Systems Design Workshop guides those leading the change effort through a holistic design process that creates the framework for successfully changing the organization to support collaboration and improve business results.
About the Workshop
- The strategic change model. All material is linked to the critical success factors for collaborative work systems (see model below). The model was created through years of research and practice, and is described in the workbook Guiding the Journey to Collaborative Work Systems. A copy is of this workbook is provided as a guide to practical change.
- Data-driven. Before the workshop, you and others designated by you assess collaborative capability in your organization with the Collaborative Work Systems Tool. Work through the assessment report during the workshop.
- "Working" workshop. You create real plans for your organization, and focus on real issues from your workplace.
- Feedback on your plans. Time set aside at end of workshop to work with workshop leaders and participants to review your plans for change.
