MICHAEL W. GALBRAITH is professor of adult education in the Department of Educational Leadership at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and currently serves as editor-in-chief of the national book series Professional Practices in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. NORMAN H. COHEN is associate professor of English at Community College of Philadelphia. He holds a doctorate in adult education and is actively involved in the study of mentoring theory and practice and in the application of the mentoring model of learning to education, business, and government. He is author of Mentoring Adult Learners: A Guide for Educators and Trainers.
