Elaine Biech is the author and editor of dozens of books, including 90 World-Class Activities by 90 World-Class Trainers, The Business of Consulting 2nd ed, Marketing Your Consulting Services, and The Pfeiffer Book of Successful Team-Building Tools 2nd ed, all published by Pfeiffer. She is also the author of Training for Dummies from Wiley and the editor of two Pfeiffer Annuals. Biech is president and managing principal of ebb associates inc and consults, as well as designs and delivers training programs, to a diverse range of industries including health care, insurance, banking, shipbuilding, manufacturing, government, and nonprofit organizations.
