Ed Rose is  training manager at Harris Semiconductor. He is the author of Presenting and Training with Magic and numerous team-building activities. He has thirty-two years' experience in manufacturing, has served as quality examiner for the State of Florida, and has published numerous papers on the subject of self-directed work teams.
